Interested teacher candidates must be team players, professional, challenging, and knowledgeable in their subject matter; have the ability to communicate effectively to their students; and possess a strong understanding of classroom management, progress monitoring, and student assessment. 

Candidates should be creative with the ability to create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, develop reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure, enforce the student discipline code of conduct and possess the ability to organize and maintain a positive classroom that is well-managed, clean, attractive and inviting to students, parents, family and community. 

Teachers are expected to plan a program of study that meets the individual needs of students, establish clear objectives for all lessons and units, submit lesson plans as required, ensure that lessons are aligned and integrate Arizona State Standards and curriculum mapping, and maintain accurate and complete records as required.

Candidates must have the ability to work with parents and encourage participation in their child’s learning experiences. We are seeking individuals who are data driven and who have the drive and vitality to join a collaborative, highly motivated, and professional team working to reach our goal of continuing as an “A” school. Teacher candidates must strive to provide the best education possible for our students which means willing to go the extra mile to provide a nurturing, well-differentiated and rigorous academic environment.
