YOUR DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ANY TIME OF YEAR!

IT’S SO EASY! Just download the tax credit form below to donate to your child’s school and receive your money back in the form of a tax credit. You can receive a credit of up to a maximum of $200 (if single) or $400 (if married and filing jointly). We will gladly accept any amount. If $20 is what you can afford to give you can still receive the credit.

Arizona law allows us to use your donation for Extracurricular activities that are school sponsored optional activities and require enrolled students to pay a fee in order to participate. The activities must supplement the school’s education program. Such activities may include, but are not limited to, use of equipment or uniforms for athletics, use of scientific laboratory equipment or materials, or in-state or out-of-state trips that are solely for competitive events. Extracurricular activities do not include any senior trips or events that are recreational, amusement or tourist activities.

An education is a valuable commodity and we appreciate your donation in any amount as we strive to continually improve our programs and offer the best education possible to each child attending Learning Foundation schools.

Welcome LFPA Knights, August 3, 2017Knights logo Sm

It is my pleasure to welcome families to another great school year at LFPA. Our entire staff is so excited to have our classrooms and hallways filled with the positive energy and enthusiasm of our students. In order to strive to meet our vision it is our duty to make every student feel welcomed, valued, and connected to our LFPA community. Additionally, we will aim to challenge your child by setting high expectations that promote personal and academic growth. This will ensure your child is prepared to meet the increasing demands of college and career readiness. At LFPA we have dedicated teachers that spend hours planning learning activities that engage our students in higher level thinking and learning. Our teachers exercise research based best practices, and understand the unique learning needs of each student.

We ask that parents, students, teachers, and administrators work together this year as a unified family to support our efforts to ensure the safety and well being of all of our students. As parents, you play an integral role as part of the responsibility that will effect your child’s success in school. Your efforts to support our school policies and procedures, and support your child’s academic work will help your child achieve both academic and personal success, and provide your child a positive outlook on school. Please be sure to download the Dojo app and check the school and class stories frequently. Get to know your child’s teacher and stay updated on class and school events. I would also like to encourage you to get involved in our school improvement efforts throughout the year and join us at quarterly school improvement meetings. We are thrilled with the additions for this year that include of our new reading library, before and aftercare room, and indoor P.E. room.

I am extremely excited to share this school year with you and your child. Please take a moment to stop by the office and introduce your self, or just say hi! I can’t emphasize enough that building a strong partnership between home and school is so important and pivotal to your child’s educational journey.

Thank you for choosing and entrusting LFPA as we embark on a wonderful year full of academic adventures!

Educationally yours,

Nikki Triggs-Valle

Alta Mesa Principal
